Water Fitness Classes Winter 2016
Has your New Year's Resolution of "getting fit" left you sore and in pain? Listen I know it's hard to get back in shape. After all those wonderful meals we all ate during the holidays have definitely packed on a little more weight than we would have anticipated! In our aquaBelly classes, our aquatic therapy pool has a large flat floor with no hidden obstacles. The buoyancy of the water and the controlled temperature make it perfect for a variety of aquatic exercises. Ladies can walk or jog in place against a gentle current, large noodle float, or our unique aquatic exercise equipment while performing arm, leg, and exercises. When the jets are off, you can experience the benefits of resistance training and range of motion exercises including Yoga, Pilates, Ballet, Cardio, and Strength Training. Our pool also features stainless steel grab bars at the end of the pool and on each side! Why not try a workout that can be fun, provides less stress on your muscles and doesn't leave you in pain?
