I have found a great way to enjoy fresh fruit, protein packed Greek yogurt and honey in the morning. Costco has an awesome new product that is super cheap and packed with protein not to mention it is Gluten FREE!
I now use this Greek yogurt everywhere that I would normally put sour cream, or mayo. When I make tacos, chili or baked potatoes...this plain Greek yogurt is a perfect topping in place of sour cream. If we are having fresh fish we take the yogurt, add some dill, Tabasco, lemon juice for a great dipping sauce!
Fresh Fruit and Greek Yogurt with Honey Recipe:
Scoop some Kirkland's brand plain fat free Greek yogurt.
Top with fresh blueberries and strawberries.
Drizzle with honey.
