Are you looking for a fun & safe way to stay fit throughout your pregnancy?  Our classes are conducted in the water and are based upon the ACOG guidelines for safe exercise during pregnancy and beyond.  We mix yoga, pilates, dance, weight training and aerobic exercise to give you a well-balanced, full body fitness class each time you come.  

Each aquaBelly class is a mix of different exercises so you’ll never get bored and we play fun music to keep your momentum throughout the class and most importantly, we keep a close eye on the form of our participants so they get a good workout.
 

Exercise is proven to aid fertility as well, our classes are also great for those “trying”.
